You'll join a group of other successful professionals who share the same goal as you: to bring more meaning to your career, and perhaps also to the careers of those with whom you work.
This program takes place over a six-month period. Every two weeks, you will be part of a one-hour video call; there will be 12 calls in all. (They take place at 2 p.m. ET on Thursdays.)
Our co-founders, Amy Blaschka and Bruce Kasanoff, will moderate each call in a such a manner that all participate and all voices are heard.
Growth Groups are based on our Aperture for Growth framework, which identifies the elements that make meaningful growth possible. Each call will be highly participatory, because our approach is to create a group in which the members help each other, and in doing so also help themselves.
You will need to do work in between each call, and part of our admission process is to validate that you are fully willing to invest this time and effort. A significant portion of this work involves asking yourself tough questions and confronting fears that you may have previously avoided, perhaps without even recognizing that you were doing so.
This program is for people who not only want to grow but who also feel they have no alternative but to grow. There's nothing superficial or easy about this process, and we will intentionally create challenges that test what matters most to you.
But by putting in the work, and by collaborating with members of your group, you'll establish the foundation for lifelong growth.
In addition, by completing this program, you will become a member of the Ikigai Park City community and will have access to other members and the insights they share with all of us. Our mission is to make this community one of the most dynamic, meaningful and supportive professional groups on the planet.

The success of this program depends on our ability to pick successful professionals who are fully committed to grow and prosper, in every sense of that word. This shared commitment immediately creates a culture of support and dedication among the group, and it will enable you to form relationships that will remain of great value to you long after the six-month program finishes.

If accepted, we will invoice you for the $1,200 program cost; you will then have 72 hours to submit payment to reserve your spot.
What are the dates of the program?
All programs take place over a six-month period. Every two weeks, you and your cohort will be part of a one-hour video call; there will be 12 calls in all on Thursdays at 2:00 pm ET.

How do the video calls work?
Prior to each session, we'll send out a reminder email with a link to join the call. On our program dates, you'll connect to our call using Zoom video conferencing software, which requires a computer with a webcam and a strong wi-fi signal.
What happens between the video calls?
You will need to do work in between each call—we'll provide you with a worksheet at the end of each session—that involves asking yourself tough questions and confronting fears that you may have previously avoided, perhaps without even recognizing that you were doing so.
Do I have to share my answers during our calls?
The expectation and shared commitment of the cohort is to do the work and come to the next call prepared to share your answers, listen to the answers of your group members, and participate in the group discussion. In order to grow, you must be ready and willing to be open, supportive, and honest.
What if I have to miss a session?
We provide all sessions dates in advance to encourage you to block off time in your calendar for this important commitment. Your participation is vital for the success of the program not only for yourself, but also for the other members of your group. Stuff happens, but we urge you to treat these sessions as top priorities.
What if I want to connect with one of the members of my group outside of our calls?
The strength our our program is that it's designed to create an environment in which members support one another, during the program and beyond. Once your group is formed, you'll receive contact information for each member.
